A great Sax solo on this by Jackie Day and with bashing drums, “woo woo wo ooow” from the girls on the chorus all adds up to a stomping 1960’s piece of one time lost Soul. Well done Northern for exhuming this one.
The record was released by Philectron Records, the company run by Johnnie Cochran Sr, the father of the Johnnie Cochran who successfully and controversially defended O. J. Simpson.
