Drummer Buddy Miles made the original of this great track which was also done by Doris Duke and Big John Hamilton and it was their version of the song that made it on the UK Soul scene.
He was a one time member of Jimi Hendrix’s Band Of Gypsys. He also had his own band, The Buddy Miles Express and played with Carlos Santana which lets you know how good a drummer he really was.
