The ‘A’ & ‘B’ sides shown on two separate label editions. One side has The Carlettes, the other Corlettes! Whichever, it’s a nice, happy song which firmly fits the ‘soul’ category.
We think The Corlettes were actually a different group and the whole affair was a typo! They are another girl group, probably white, who sang ‘bubblegum’ songs.
The lead singer has a great voice and we would have danced to this one!
