Mid 70’s SOUL from from Australia’s SOUL DEVA. Renee Geyer was a very respected backing singer as well as having success as a solo artist. She had a very distinctive, almost masculine voice of great power.
She had many personal difficulties which she outlined in her autobiography Confessions Of A Difficult Woman.
She was born in Melbourne to a Jewish father and a mother who was a holocaust survivor.
