The Mystic Knights Of The Mau Mau are (in their own words):
‘A cultural organization dedicated to preserving and presenting the rich history of American roots music. Through festivals, special events, concerts and outreach activities featuring musical living legends, we honor influential artists and educate audiences about their massive contributions to American culture’.
The Ponderosa Stomp is a festival they organise to showcase some of the best jazz, blues and soul performers around today. They put their shows on in New Orleans and New York.
