Ska and Rock Steady Duke Reid producer worked with Justin Hinds from 1963 to 1972. Rub Up and Push Up was another of those suggestive Ska tracks that got a lot of hammer in the Blue Note when Moss side was just a short bus ride away and all the grocer’s shops sold records in cardboard boxes on trestle tables next to the yams and chillies – good days. We were always looking for another track that we could play that night.
