Hubert Sumlin - Sometimes I'm Right
Hubert Sumlin was the Guitarist with Howlin Wolf. Hubert came to the FREE TRADE HALL in Manchester backing Howlin Wolf and others on the American Folk Blues tour.
He played with Chuck Berry and most of the recording artists at Chess – apparently a quiet, unassuming man off stage.
The Wolf was his teacher for over 20 years and he is heard on many of Wolf’s best tracks.
