Frankie Valli was the lead voice in this sixties group that made a big impression on the Soul scene of that decade. Many were played at The Twisted Wheel many more at the Blue Note clubs in Manchester. The biggest favourites were:
“Working My Way Back to You” and “Lets Hang On” and the solo 45 from the lead singer Franki Valli: You’re Ready Now.
I’m Gonna Change – was not a player on the sixties Soul scene however a version of the song was made by The Velours and that became a hit on The Northern Soul scene in the 70’s.
